You chose my blog to hug, which is absolutely adorable and I am SO greatful for this;
and I LOVE to hear your voice talking about all those blogs you love and appreciate.
I can so relate to all the other blogs you’ve mentioned, they are awesome, HowSweetItIs is a blog I have been following for a long time now and it is just so great!
I think it does not matter whether a blog has a rather small or huge audience: love is love. If you feel the love, show it and tell the blogger. And you’ve done that so beautifully.
Ohmy I hope I can find some time to do the same.
I can really relate to the “starting to participate in the German blogger scene” as well because I started my blog in English when cake pops and cupcakes weren’t popular over here in Germany. After the hype started I chose to translate my blogposts in German and it was a good decision but I do still feel that most people just hop over, watch, copy the recipe and leave. But I am a person who really needs and longs for communication and feedback.
You can really see a difference in people’s behavior when a huge giveaway is happening though LOL.. then you’d get hundreds of comments. This is just how it is but I so agree that bloggers should be appreciated more since we are the ones who inspire people for certain things right. That’s why I like to keep it personal with people =)
So let’s do this, let’s support eachother and make things change =)
